Refund requests may be submitted by the student’s legal guardian via email, written request, or designated online method.
Before Camp Start
Refund rates vary depending on the cancellation date. Full refund applies 30 days or more before the camp start date.
After Camp Start
Refunds after the start of camp are calculated after deducting used educational services and actual expenses.
Weather and Force Majeure
Outdoor programs may be suspended and replaced by indoor English programs. If alternatives cannot be provided, the unused portion may be refunded.
